Hakutsuru Sake Brewery Museum

Hakutsuru Sake Brewery Museum is part of the Nadagogo sake brewing district of Kobe. This museum has a large display of original sake brewing equipment spread over 2 floors.

The museum is well signed and, as it is housed in in the original old brewhouse, it has a realistic atmosphere.

Hakutsuru is Japan’s Number 1 selling sake brand. The large gift shop has a tasting area where you can try a variety of their sake including freshly pressed, unpasteurized sake that cannot be found anywhere else.
