Profile
Harlow Ice Cream is a great little shop that opened its doors in Kobe in November 2017. Modeled after an American ice creamery and bake shop, the waffle cones, cakes and ice cream are all made in house using high quality ingredients.
Harlow Ice Cream also sell great coffee from Beyond Coffee Rosters and Brooklyn Larger beer. There are only a few inside seats and a couple of outdoor benches but with Meriken Park just around the corner it’s easy to find a place to enjoy this delicious treat.
With one scoop at ¥580 and two for ¥880 it’s not the cheapest but the quality is far superior to regular franchise stores such as Baskin Robbins.
Harlow Ice Cream is a shop Kobe needed and one I’ll be back to time and time again.
