The Hyogo Prefectural Flower Center 兵庫県立フラワーセンター in Kasai City is large botanical garden with a central flower bed surrounding a windmill, pond and water fountains. The outer garden has an abortorium and there is a large greenhouse with subtropical plants.

Spring is a popular season to visit with plenty of tulips around the windmill and cherry blossoms on the outer edges of the facility. Flowers change seasonally so there is always a bright-coloured scenery to enjoy.

During the winter the Hyogo Prefectural Flower Center holds a special night event with Christmas themed illuminations.

There is a cafe, restaurant and souvenir shop on site. Entrance is 500 yen. Best accessed by car.
