Hyogo Prefectural Museum of Art 兵庫県立美術館 is located in the area known as HAT Kobe. It’s accessible on foot from JR Nada Station (12 minutes) or Hanshin Iwaya Station (8 minutes).

This is a multi-purpose art gallery.

The building was designed by the renowned architect Tadao Ando. If you like architecture there are plenty of walkways and open spaces you can explore without paying to enter an exhibit. The museum also contains a cafe/restaurant and a gift shop.
