Kisoji Harborland is an elegant Japanese style restaurant specializing in shabu-shabu and sukiyaki meals.
Shabu-shabu is a Japanese nabe or hotpot dish of vegetables and thinly sliced meat that’s cooked in boiling water. Sukiyaki is also a nabe based dish that usually contains beef and vegetables and slowly cooked with a soy sauce & sugar mix.
Kisoji Harborland is located on the 18th floor of the Promena Kobe building with spectacular views over Kobe. The staff are all dressed in kimono style clothes and are very attentive. There are various course options available but a basic Shabu-shabu or sukiyaki set starts at around ¥4000 for dinner. Lunch is more reasonably priced starting at ¥1500.
