Kushikatsu Tanaka is one of the most popular kushikatsu chain stores in Japan. Kushikatsu are deep fried cutlet skewers served with a special dipping sauce. You can enjoy a variety of skewered meats, vegetables, eggs and more. You can even top it off with a fried banana for dessert. Each skewer is priced between ¥100 and ¥200.
Eating kushikatsu comes with a couple of rules; no double-dipping and no chopsticks in the sauce! The
Besides fried skewers there is a variety of other items on the menu such as potato salad, edamame and takoyaki. Wash it all down with a great range of beverages like sake, highballs, soft drinks and draught beer. Most drinks are also reasonably priced around ¥400.
