Enjoy a meal with a magnificent view overlooking the Seto Inland Sea (Setonaikai). Osaki Wa Cafe (Osaki 和 Cafe) in Ako, west Hyogo is a modern restaurant with terrace dining and ocean views. This is a great place to stop as you drive along the costal road Route 32.
We popped in here on a public holiday for lunch and it was rather crowded so its best to book ahead especially if its a nice day and you are wanting a terrace table.
The lunch sets were modern-Japanese styled with freshly fried oysters, shrimp or beef patty served with miso soup and rice costing around ¥1500. Check out their Facebook or Instagram page for the latest menu offerings.
