The Osamu Tezuka Manga Museum is a small Museum dedicated to the life of Osamu Tezuka, creator of many famous anime/comics including Astro Boy.
Osamu Tezuka grew up in Takarazuka, Hyogo, where the museum is located. There is a permanent exhibition showing the comics and a timeline of Osamu’s life, including over 500 titles he created.
You can enjoy a cafe, gift shop, animation studio plus varying temporary exhibits.
It’s only small and takes less than an hour to view everything but The Osamu Tezuka Manga Museum is a must if you are a fan of his work.
Entry is ¥700 for adults, ¥300 for high school students and ¥100 for primary school children.
