Soda Up (ソーダ アップ) is a fresh juice cocktail bar in Kobe and fast becoming one of the most fashionable spots to grab a healthy late night cocktail in the Sannomiya / Motomachi area.
Located in a small alley off Tor Road, this is a standing only bar has a stylish modern wooden decor with bare cement walls.
The menu changes seasonally and contains about 20 varieties of fresh fruit cocktails which are freshly pressed and mixed with soda and alcohol. There is also a craft beer server with 4 kinds of beer on tap.
We were there on a Thursday night around 10pm-11pm and there were a constant flow of customers. With one staff working though, prepare to wait for your drink if a crowd enters.
