Uoman Japanese Restaurant 旬和席うおまん三ノ宮ミント神戸店 specialises in nabe (hot pot) dishes and fresh seafood like sashimi (raw fish) appetizers. This casual restaurant serves simple and tasty dishes which bring out the elegance in Japanese cuisine.

There is an open cafe style space and private booths available for small groups. Lunch time prices start at ¥1500 for a smaller course and go up to about ¥4000 while dinner courses start from ¥3500.

Uoman has about 10 restaurants throughout Japan, mostly located in the Kansai region. Here we have showcased the Kobe Sannomiya shop which is located on the 8th floor of the Mint Kobe building.

There is no English menu, so take your chance with the display food and photos.
