The Hyogo Premium Art Day is more than just an open house for these cultural institutions. It’s a celebration of art, history, and nature, with a range of activities designed to make the exhibits and experiences accessible to all. These include:

  • Heartful Fast Track: Priority guidance for people with disabilities and those with children (elementary school students and below) at the Hyogo Prefectural Museum of Art.
  • Temporary Childcare: Available on July 15th at the Hyogo Ceramic Art Museum and Hyogo Prefectural Museum of Art for parents to enjoy the exhibits.
  • Free Talking Viewing Day: On July 15th, everyone can enjoy viewing the exhibits while chatting freely without worrying about the surroundings at various museums.
  • Touchable Exhibits: Available for everyone, especially for those with visual impairments.
  • Sign Language Interpreted Explanation Meeting: Available for everyone, especially for those with hearing impairments.
  • Subtitled Screening & Events: Available for everyone, especially for those with hearing impairments.

There are 89 participating venues, including museums, art galleries, and cultural centers in the Kobe-Hanshin region, Harima region, Tajima region, Tamba region, and Awaji region.
