078 Kobe Festival 2019 will be taking place at the start of Golden Week, 27th to 29th April.

Anime & Cosplay
Anime and cosplay events will be taking place across the city. Higashi Yuenchi Park will host live performances and a special cosplay participants will be seen across three areas with bus tours to each section, including Harborland, under Kobe Bridge and Kitano. Visit 078 Anime for all the details.
Live Music
Musicians and DJs will be out and about with free concerts happening in Minato-no-mori Park and Meriken Park across the weekend. Kobe Varit, Troop Cafe and Borabora will hold special events (free and paid). Check 078 Music for all the details.
Food Stalls and Markets
